  • CRM and Project Management Systems: ClickUp (USA) – to organize work and implementation statuses.
  • Accounting Systems: Fakturownia.pl – to issue sales documents.
  • Automation Systems: n8n Server (Self-hosted) – to automatically process inquiries.
  • Payment and banking providers: Aion Bank / Revolut Bank UAB.

In the case of data transfer outside the European Economic Area (e.g., to the USA within tools like ClickUp/Google), it takes place based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
